The free audit

Everything you type into the audit is calculated in your own browser and saved only there, so it's still filled in when you come back. It is not sent to Ionosphere AI or anyone else unless you choose to include it with the contact form. You can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The contact form and email

If you send a message, we receive what you enter: your name, email, business, message and, if you tick the box, your audit results. The form is processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our business email, hosted by Google Workspace. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about.

Visit statistics

We count visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you: it records things like which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, the referring site, and your general country and device type. We use these totals only to see what's useful on the site.

What we don't do

• No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics that identify you.
• No selling or renting your information.
• No adding you to a mailing list without asking.

Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.

Client data

This page covers the website only. Data handled in client projects is governed by the agreement for that project. Our on-site systems are designed so client documents stay on the client's own equipment.
