Services
Field engineering, deployed on demand.
Dispatched from your tickets or booked directly, done after hours, and documented.
On-site support
Smart hands and break/fix, hardware swaps and RMAs, remote-hands during your maintenance windows, and the rural trips your techs would rather not drive.
Projects
Network and Wi-Fi installs, firewall and switch cutovers, rack builds and closet cleanups, workstation rollouts, office moves, and on-site help during cloud and SaaS migrations.
Security & backup hardware
Firewall and backup-appliance installs, separating cameras and other devices onto their own network segments, and secure drive wiping or disposal with certificates.
Site surveys & documentation
Asset inventory, network diagrams, Wi-Fi coverage checks and closet photos, for scoping a prospect before you quote or onboarding a new client.
Power & private AI
UPS installs, battery replacements, power and temperature monitoring, and on-site AI boxes for clients who won't put their files in the cloud: a new service line you can resell.
How it works
You dispatch. I show up. It's on the ticket.
Dispatch
Send a ticket or a scope. Scheduled work is booked in advance, evenings or weekends, with urgent evening visits when available.
On site
I introduce myself as part of your team, work to your standards and keep the client's day running: installs and cutovers happen after hours.
Documented
Photos, notes and config changes go on your ticket before I leave. You bill your client at your rate.
Why Ionosphere
An extra field engineer, without the payroll.
White-label, no poaching
Your brand, your ticket system, your client. A non-solicit is standard, and I never sell to your clients directly.
Hospital-grade habits
Five years in sterile, regulated, high-uptime environments: clean installs, careful change control, and staff-friendly on site.
Coverage your team can't stretch to
Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and Santa Fe, plus Gallup, Grants and Taos, with no new hire and no idle time to pay for.
Clear scope, licensed partners
Work stays inside the agreed scope. Structured cabling and access control go through licensed low-voltage partners, and electrical work stays with the client's electrician.
